There is a two night minimum stay, but one night may be considered (Call)

Includes 18 holes of golf, GPS golf cart, bucket of practice balls.

Check-in Time is after 3P.M. and check out is 10A.M. Late check out or early arrival may be allowed depending on scheduling. Please call 360-808-8833 when you depart.

Damage Deposit $500.00 (will hold cash, personal check or credit card)
A damage deposit will be required at time of check in. The deposit is not applied toward rent and refundable within 14 days of departure, provided the following is met:
1. No damage is done to home or its contents, beyond normal wear.
2. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage.
3. Soiled dishes are placed in dishwasher and cleaned.
4. Keys and openers are left on kitchen counter.
5. All charges accrued during stay are paid prior to departure.
6. No linens are lost or stolen.

Payment:
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to confirm reservations. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Upon arrival, full payment and a damage deposit check will be required. Payment will be accepted by cash, money order, cashiers check, personal check or credit cards.

Cancellations:
A forty-five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, except if deposits were made via credit card. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $25 whichever is greater. Cancellations that are made within the 45 days of the arrival date will forfeit the advance payment, unless there are guests on a waiting list.

No Daily Maid Service
While linens and bath towels are supplied, daily maid service is not included in the rate however available at an additional rate.

The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
